  8.         @X0BH   Help.  @X03This command will allow you to view the help file that
  9.             you are currently viewing.

  11.         @X0BQ   Quit.  @X03This command will quit TAB and return you back to the
  12.             Main Menu.

  14.         @X0BR   Relist.  @X03This command will re-list your address book starting
  15.             from record #1. Hitting <Enter> by itself will also do this.

  17.         @X0BN   Next Page.  @X03This command will continue displaying the next
  18.             page (If there are any more entries) of entries in your
  19.             address book.

  21.         @X0BA   Add an Entry.  @X03This command will allow you to add another entry
  22.             to your address book. TAB will tell you when you are trying to
  23.             add an entry that already exists.

  25.         @X0BE   Edit Entry.  @X03This command will allow you to edit an entry. You
  26.             can edit the address *and* the description by executing this.
