  8.         @X0BH   Help.  @X03This command will allow you to view the help file that
  9.             you are currently viewing.

  11.         @X0BQ   Quit.  @X03This command will quit TAB and return you back to the
  12.             command prompt.

  14.         @X0B#   Choose #.  @X03Once you select an entry # in your address book, it
  15.             will allow you to enter a message to that person/address.

  17.             @X0FNote: @X03An enhanced feature has been added to TAB called
  18.             'Quick-Entry'. This feature will allow you quickly enter in any
  19.             entry that you have in your address book WITHOUT entering the
  20.             menu system. To do this, type '@X0E/#@X03' where # is the record # of
  21.             the entry.

  23.         @X0BR   Relist.  @X03This command will re-list your address book starting
  24.             from record #1. Hitting <Enter> by itself will also do this.

  26.         @X0BN   Next Page.  @X03This command will continue displaying the next
  27.             page (If there are any more entries) of entries in your
  28.             address book.

  30.         @X0BM   Modify Menu.  @X03This will place you in a sub-menu which will
  31.             allow you to manipulate any of your entries.

  33.         @X0BS   Setup Menu.  @X03This will place you in a sub-menu which will
  34.             allow you to alter any of your TAB options.
