select this option.                             Press a key to continue.                                              About PCBUtility v1.0                                                   PCBUtility is several utilities all in one package.  Here is a        break down of all the utilities:                                     1) The usernet wait (down/up) event utility will hold a specified        node down during an event.  The usernet wait utility                  is an intelligent wait program.  It polls the usernet file            every 15 seconds to find out if a selected node has dropped           or reloaded.  When there is a change with the nodes record            it will pause 10 seconds and poll the file again to make sure         that the node is not just recycling.  As you can see, this is         NOT just another wait program.                                     2) The User Access Utility is a utility that controls user               access by kicking them off during a specified time range.             You specify the security range and time frame.  Great for             control on mail hubs and keeping visiting sysops out during           peak hours.                                                        3) The new user Auto Message Utility will leave a message to             all new users during their first call and stuffs the keyboard         so they have to read the welcome message.  This utility must          have Txt2Msg v2.42 by Robert Vostreys for the message to be           inserted into the message base.  It can also optionally upgrade       the user.                                                          4) The User Download Enforcer will downgrade users security              levels based on specified a download limit and present security       level.  This utility can also leave the user a message telling        them why their security level has been reduced. This utility must     have Txt2Msg v2.42 by Robert Vostreys for the message to be           inserted into the message base.  Without Txt2Msg it will still        downgrade the user.                                                5) The Caller Log Purge Utility removes unwanted data from the           CallerX logs.  Purging is based on user name or days to keep.         The purged information is then Zipped into a file named               mmddLOG.001.  The file extension will increment if more than          one purge is done on the same date.                                6) The DownLoad.Txt File Purge Utility removes unwanted data             from the download.txt file.  Purging is based on users name,          days to keep or file name.  The purged information is then            Zipped into a file named mmddTxt.001.  The file extension will        increment if more than one purge is done on the same date.         7) The Caller ID database utility will scan your caller logs             and user file and make these three bulletins:                           1) No phone number match.                                                The CID phone number in the caller log did not match                  the data or voice phone number in the user base.                      This will also contain callers calling from different                 CID numbers.                                                       2) No caller id availabilty.                                             The caller has no caller id (O).                                   3) Blocked/Private.                                                      The callers number is blocked                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        HotKeys Help                                                                                                                                                                                                       Using HotKeys will launch a menu item without pulling down the menu.     HotKeys are listed next to each menu item on the main menu.                                                                              ╔══════════════════════ «Listing Of HotKeys» ═════════════════════╗   ║      1 = Configure PCBUtility        T = Toggle Sound           ║   ║    ESC = Exit PCBUtility             S = Shell to Dos           ║   ║                                      E = Text Editor            ║   ║                                      V = Text Viewer            ║   ║     F1 = Main Menu Help              M = Memory Display         ║   ║     F2 = HotKeys Help                F = File Maintenance       ║   ║     F3 = Command Line Help                                      ║   ║     F4 = Registration Info                                      ║   ║     F5 = About PCBUtility                                       ║   ║    F10 = Configuration Analisis                                 ║   ╚═════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Main Menu Help                                                                                                                                                         «Navigation»                                                          ────────────                                                                                                             To pull down a menu hold down the ALT key and press A for         Applications, U for Utilities or H for Help.  When the                desired menu is displayed, use the up or down arrow keys to           highlight an item and press the Enter key to select.                                                                                                                «HotKeys»                                                             ─────────                                                                                                               Using a HotKey will launch a menu item without pulling            down the menu. HotKeys are listed next to each menu item.             See HotKeys Quick Help for a list of all the HotKeys.                                                                                                                                                                                      THE MENU                                                              ────────                                                                                                               The menu is divided into 3 sections Applications,                 Utilities, and Help.  Below is a brief description of each            section.                                                                                                                                    Applications                                                          ────────────                                                                                                                                 1) Configure PCBUtility (Setup)                                                                                                                Use to add a node/edit a nodes path and to configure                  PCBUtility.                                                                                                                              4) Exit PCBUtility                                                                                                                             Use to exit to DOS.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Utilities                                                             ─────────                                                                                                                                    1) File Maintenance                                                                                                                            Use to edit or view a text file.                                                                                                         2) Toggle Sound                                                                                                                                Use to turn sound on or off and select the tone.                                                                                         3) Debug Memory                                                                                                                                This is to toggle a Memory usage display.  If this is                 turned on PCBUtility will display it's view of the memory             available.  Use this to debug your system setup to get the            most out of PCBUtility.                                                                                                                  4) Shell to DOS                                                                                                                                Use to shell to DOS.  Type Exit from the DOS prompt to                return to PCBUtility.  If you have Super Shell toggled                on, PCBUtility will shell out of memory to EMS, XMS or                disk.  This will free most of the conventional memory.                                                                                   5) Text Editor                                                           Use to set up a DOS command to load a text editor.                                                                                       6) Text Viewer                                                                                                                                 Use to set up a DOS command to load a text viewer.                    PCBUtility will allow you to use an external file viewer              or it's own built in file viewer with mouse support.  To              select the PCBUtility file viewer type @INT in this field             and select OK.                                                                                                                           7) Screen Burn Min                                                                                                                             PCBUtility will blank the screen if there is no activity              within this many minutes (in the Menu only). This is where            you specify how many minutes before PCBUtility will blank             the screen.  This value must be between 1 and 9.  Default             for this field is 3 minutes.                                                                                                                                                                                   8) Config Status                                                                                                                               Use this option to display the PCBUtility Environment and             System configuration.                                                                                                                  Help                                                                  ────                                                                                                                                          1) Menu Help                                                                                                                                   Displays a help file for the menu.                                                                                                       2) HotKeys Help                                                                                                                                Displays a listing of the available HotKeys.  HotKeys will            launch a menu item without pulling down the menu.                                                                                        3) Command Line                                                                                                                                Displays a summery of the command line options.                                                                                          4) Registration                                                                                                                                Displays to whom PCBUtility is registered (if registered)             and will also display how to Register this program.                                                                                      5) About PCBUtility                                                                                                                            Displays information about PCBUtility.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            <End of Help>
