  3.   LICENSE NUMBER FORMAT:
  4.   The  State of  Wyoming issues  a nine  digit numeric license number
  5.   that  bears no  correlation to  the driver's  personal identifiers.
  6.   Previously issued numbers were ten (10) digits.

  9.   DOCUMENT:
  10.   The plastic laminated, photographic license is manufactured by NBS,
  11.   Imaging Systems  Division. The driver's  photograph appears in  the
  12.   lower  right corner  of the  license, partially  overlapped by  the
  13.   radiating security  pattern that covers the  textual portion of the
  14.   document.

  17.   TERM:
  18.   Licenses  are valid  for four  (4) years,  expiring on the driver's
  19.   birthday. A  certificate of extension is  available four additional
  20.   four (4) year terms.

  23.   MINORS:
  24.   Licenses  issued  subsequent  to   July,  1988  show  the  driver's
  25.   photograph in profile and have an "X" over the data field "MINOR".

  28.   CDL:
  29.   Commercial  drivers   licenses  should  have   a  heading  "WYOMING
  30.   COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE".
