  3.   Visa cards are issued showing a  variety of names and logos, though
  4.   all should  show a hologram  of the familiar  visa dove. Many  will
  5.   have the hologram along with the  visa logo. Card numbers should be
  6.   thirteen (13) or sixteen (16)  digits, grouped 4-3-3-3, or 4-4-4-4,
  7.   respectively. All should begin with a  4. The code "V", "CV", "PV",
  8.   or "BV" should appear embossed at  the right side of the expiration
  9.   date. The codes represent types of card as follows:

  11.            V      -  regular visa card
  12.            CV     -  classic visa card
  13.            PV     -  premier and gold cards
  14.            BV     -  business cards
