  4.   The Province of Saskatchewan issues  an eight (8) character numeric
  5.   license  number  without  delimiters  or  punctuation.  The license
  6.   number bears no correlation to the driver's personal identifiers.

  9.   DOCUMENT:
  10.   The two part license, has an OPTIONAL plastic laminated photo card,
  11.   that shows the driver's photograph down the right side.

  14.   TERM:
  15.   Licenses are  valid for one (1)  year, expiring on the  last day of
  16.   driver's birth month.

  19.   MINORS:
  20.   Licenses issued  to minors display  no special indicators  of minor
  21.   status. Check the date of birth on the document.
