  4.   The  Province  of  Quebec  issues  a  thirteen (13) character alpha
  5.   numeric  license number  with dash  delimiters to  create a  number
  6.   spaced 5-6-2: (Annn-nnnnn-nn) Quebec uses their own coding system:

  8.   Last and First names                    -  first five (5) characters
  9.   Day, Month, and Year of birth           -  next six (6) characters
  10.   Control digits                          -  last two (2) characters

  13.   DOCUMENT:
  14.   The unlaminated paper license is not photographic. It should appear
  15.   on a bluish paper stock, with blue seals and markings.

  18.   TERM:
  19.   Licenses  are valid  for two  (2) years,  expiring on  the driver's
  20.   birthday.

  23.   MINORS:
  24.   Licenses  issued to  minors bear  no special  notation. Examine the
