  3.   LICENSE NUMBER FORMAT:
  4.   The State of Nevada issues  a twelve (12) character numeric drivers
  5.   license number without delimiters  or punctuation. Previous license
  6.   format  used the  driver's Social  Security Number  as the  license
  7.   number.  Nevada  uses  their  own  unique  algorithm  to derive the
  8.   license number from the driver's Social Security Number and year of
  9.   birth.

  12.   DOCUMENT:
  13.   The  plastic   laminated,  photographic  license   manufactured  by
  14.   Polaroid,  displays  the  driver's  photograph  in  the lower right
  15.   corner of the document. The  photograph should be overlapped at the
  16.   left  edge by  the state  seal or  director's signature. Either the
  17.   state  seal  or  "NEVADA"  should  appear  repeated  throughout the
  18.   laminate.

  21.   TERM:
  22.   License  is valid  for four   (4) years,  expiring on  the driver's
  23.   birthday.

  26.   MINORS:
  27.   Minor  license  shows  a  "NEVADA  UNDER  21"  repeated  within the
  28.   laminate to the left of the photograph.

  32.   Commercial drivers license is indicated within the headbar.
