  2. Well, you brought me my steaks, so here's the information I promised:

  5. Wastelands information file.
  6. Compiled by Troy Hadley with help from Defs Sacre. July 19, 2014.

  8. Towns:
  9.  
  10.   #1: Sacre Base. Located at 7, 5.
  11.  
  12.      I'm sure this one isn't news to you. It's our home camp. Both myself
  13.    and Defs Sacre hang out in the tavern so you may find us there.
  14.  
  15.   #2: Freedom City. Located at 53, 6.
  16.  
  17.      A guy named Eastwood runs this place. To my knowledge, it's the only
  18.    other free city left in the wasteland.
  19.  
  20.   #3: Death Warrior Camp. Located at 43, 58.
  21.  
  22.      Them nasty death warriors. Their camp is south on the main highway.
  23.    There are nuke strikes all around it - you can't miss it. Be careful of
  24.    them death warriors though. The won't be friendly.
  25.  
  26.   #4: Black Widow Headquarters. Specific location unknown.
  27.  
  28.      Rumored to be located in deadwood forest, surrounded by the dark
  29.    mountains. See below.

  31. Pylons:
  32.  
  33.      We haven't figured out how to activate these pylons. Some have claimed
  34.    to use some kind of key to get access, but I don't know... Here is the
  35.    location of a few of them.
  36.  
  37.   14, 36 - Close to Sacre Base; good for getting around.
  38.  
  39.   56, 10 - Near freedom city.
  40.  
  41.   (???)  - Located close to Black Widow HQ. Specific location unknown.

  43. Places of interest:
  44.  
  45.   Deadwood Forest.
  46.  
  47.      This place is the home of the dreaded black widows. It's true location
  48.    is not known, but both the BW Pylon and the BW headquarters are located
  49.    here. It's rumored to be in the dark mountains, in the south-central
  50.    portion of the map.
  51.  
  52.   Quasar Mountain
  53.  
  54.      Located somewhere to the right of deadwood forest. Rumor is there is
  55.    no way to get into the place except traveling through the pylons.
  56.    Supposed to be many pylon's there, but I've never had the chance to see
  57.    it.
  58.  
  59.   Phaser Cache
  60.  
  61.      Rumored that some kind of space craft crashed here. Don't know where it
  62.    is, but the logical assumption is that the crash would have left a large
  63.    radioactive scar on the landscape. Look for large concentrations of
  64.    radiation.
  65.  
  66.   EEEE
  67.  
  68.      Ed's Exquisite Equipment Emporium. A nice place to buy some rather
  69.    high-tech weapons. I can't tell you where it's located, but if you
  70.    explore enough, you should be able to locate it.

  72. Major Groups:

  74.   Death Warriors: A band of rather nasty raiders. Located at Death Warrior
  75.                   camp. See above.
  76.  
  77.   Black Widows: Fierce female warriors. Home base unknown.
  78.  
  79. Weapons:
  80.  
  81.   Defs Sacre and I have come across a few unusual items:
  82.  
  83.   -> Black widow weapons, armor, and ammo. The black widows have some
  84.      interesting weapons. They appear to be some new technology. Finding
  85.      ammo for them is quite difficult.
  86.  
  87.   -> Slicer dicer and Torpex cannon. Rumored to be possessed by some robot
  88.      being. Weapon operation unknown - appear to not require ammo.
  89.  
  90.   -> Warper. Rumored to have the power to teleport persons. Also appears
  91.      that there is a "Em-Warp" rom out there somewhere that will
  92.      automatically activate a warper if/when in danger.
