  14.     attack.  There are many different options, but all of them are
  15.     self-explanatory!  (Yes, they can explain themselves to you!)

  21.   ^\0FSend Trade Deal^\08 - ^\07This option will allow you to send a trade
  22.     deal to another BBS.  InterPlanetary Trade deals are one way, with no
  23.     rejection option.  (In other words, you cannot demand anything, and they
  24.     cannot refuse the deal.)  Could make things interesting... :)

  30.   ^\0FInterPlanetary Attacks^\08 - ^\07This option lets to either join any of
  31.     the attack parties waiting to leave, or create a new one.

  37.   ^\0FCreate Strike Force^\08 - ^\07This allows you to send your own strike force to
  38.     a single player on another planet.  You get twice as many returns if
  39.     you send the attack yourself, but you can't attack an entire planet.

  52.     These options allow you to do special attacks to other BBS's.  You
  53.     may bomb the entire BBSs or hit specific players with nuclear or
  54.     chemical attacks.  All new XL-1 technology allows you to send
  55.     the XL-1 StarFire Missile against another player; the
  56.     results may not be pleasant though.

  61. ^GOOIEKABLOOIE

  63.   ^\0FGooie Kablooie^\08 - ^\07The Gooie Kablooie is the ultimate weapon of
  64.       destruction.  Only one can be created at a time, and it takes a great
  65.       deal of funding by all members of the BBS.  Once funded (funding depends
  66.       on the size of the target), the Gooie Kablooie will begin construction.
  67.       Once construction is complete (a few days), it will be launched to
  68.       meet it's target.  Immediately upon arrival, 10% of the regions on the
  69.       planet will be destroyed instantaneously.  Every day of it's existance
  70.       after the first day, another 5% will be destroyed, up to a max of 5
  71.       days at which time it will self-destruct.  The only way to destroy this
  72.       "thing", is to keep battling it with Jets until destroyed.  The
  73.       destruction of this weapon requires the cooperation of the entire
  74.       planet, as the amount of jets required is enormous, and the damage
  75.       irreversible.

  81.   BRE supports a local "Alliance List" so, as a player, you can see who the
  82.   your planet is currently fighting.  Although this has no relevance to the
  83.   official game, {ie, even if you're supposedly at peace, you may be
  84.   attacked} it can be helpful to the players in terms of learning of status
  85.   changes in the BBS.

  91.   BRE maintains a list of average turn around times for various BBSes.  This
  92.   option allows you to view this list & determine your strategies.

  99.   that have been sent to your BBS.
