LONDON, April 7, Reuter - Britain will contribute up to 12
Tornado fighters to help enforce a U.N. no-fly zone over Bosnia,
Defence Secretary Malcolm Rifkind said on Wednesday.
But Rifkind said the NATO alliance would decide when to call on
the British aircraft and the Tornados were unlikely to take part in
the initial deployment, expected within a week or so.
Following a vote in the U.N. Security Council, the British
government announced last week that it would provide aircraft to
help enforce the no-fly zone but did not say at the time how many
planes it might involve.

Remember in our report on Waco that the FBI has two planes that are
plainly marked with British Emblems on the front (white planes with
the word "Novair" on the side and a blue star on the tail, we have
pictures) and there is a "no-fly zone" over the Mt. Carmel property
in Waco, too.
