  1.                     MULTI MEDIA DATA SERVICE (MMDS)

  3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

  5. Multi Media Data Service (MMDS) allows customers to transmit voice, LAN,
  6. host-to-terminal, and video data point-to-point or point-to-multipoint in a
  7. metropolitan area.  Transmissions are made over a fiber-optic cable at speeds
  8. up to 100 Mbps. Data can be sent at less than half the cost of leased DS3
  9. links.  MMDS is a dedicated point-to-point or point-to-multipoint service,
  10. confined to those fiber connections going to customer-specified sites.
