  5. Pertaining to:  All those who are currently under the control of unenlightened
  6.                 fascists.  Including, but not limited to, parents, guardians,
  7.                 teachers, government officials, etc.

  12. of this document.  By reading further than this paragraph, you are hereby
  13. forsaking all rights that you may have previously had pertaining to anything
  14. that has to do with reproduction and/or appropriation of this document. In
  15. other words. This is top secret. Do not distribute it, or we will sue your
  16. fucking pants off.

  19. Preface:
  20.  
  21.         We, the unfairly and forcefully controlled youth of this Planet Earth,
  22.         are hereby declaring our rights as human beings.  We are not speaking
  23.         for those who are presently dependent upon those who we would label as
  24.         "fascist" or "over controlling", but for those who are NOT dependent on
  25.         those who unfairly and hippocritically impose cruel and unjust limits
  26.         as to what we the undependent and unmercifully controlled (heretofore
  27.         referred to as "youth") may do with our own bodies, and do to other 
  28.         peoples bodies, with THEIR (the other people's) consent.

  31. Opening Arguements:

  33.         Our arguements are as follows. Number 1 (one), the way that the present
  34.         government determines wether a citizen is allowed and alloted certain
  35.         priveledges and rights is antiquated and based on nothing but 
  36.         assumptions.  Allowing those who are over 18 (eighteen) years of age
  37.         and even further those who are over 21 (twenty-one) years of age 
  38.         rights and priveledges that are not given to those over 13 (thirteen)
  39.         years of age and under 18 or 21 years of age is simply outrageous. 
  40.         No one, or group, of people are able to judge the worthiness of a 
  41.         person, or the ability of a person to take responsibility for actions
  42.         alloted too them by these limits.  We would argue that if a person
  43.         exhibits that she or he is not able to act responsibly, only THEN 
  44.         should their rights be infringed upon.  "Innocent until proven guilty" 
  45.         has been a moniker of our justice system (albeit not always practiced
  46.         moniker) for some time, and should apply to this area of human society
  47.         as well.
  48.         Number 2 (two), we would like to make the statement that those who are
  49.         over the previously stated ages of 18 or 21 are at no greater or lesser
  50.         risk than those who are younger to consequences of sexual activity. We
  51.         are arguing that if you are physically able to facilitate the bringing
  52.         of a child into this world, your age does not matter.  An 18 year old
  53.         can just as easily have a child as a 16 or 15 year old, and all must
  54.         still take responsibility for their actions, and accept the possible
  55.         consequences.  We have no qualms with the scare tactics such as "XX% of
  56.         people become pregrnant every year", as long as they are stating solid
  57.         facts, with evidence to support their claims.  However, discouraging
  58.         sexual activity through saying that a person is not emotionally ready
  59.         until a certain age is simply, and unequivically, unacceptable.  Those 
  60.         who wish for emotion to be a part of their sexual activity are more
  61.         than welcome to practice as such, but they should not be allowed to 
  62.         judge and impose their own self conjured ideas and philosophies upon
  63.         others who may wish to live or practice something different.  We
  64.         will concede, however, that no ones practices should encroach onto
  65.         the lives of others, and that those practices that do should either
  66.         be stopped, or be continued in private.
