  4.   If you are programming a synthesized pager, this field specifies
  5.   which frequency the pager will operate on initially. The user
  6.   may change the current active frequency, if more than one
  7.   frequency is valid, through the operational sequence of the pager.
  8.   If only one synthesized frequency is valid, then this field will
