  34. base 3 which if you watch a scrambled signal you will see like little dots 
  35. flashing on the bottom. Those Dots are special for many reasons. Each Dot
  36. When Triggered on the internal Epprom will straighten out a line. This is 
  37. a very complicated process and the old boxes will not do shit!
