, upgrading from base 2 scrambling ( which my old decoder worked for ) to 
base 3 which if you watch a scrambled signal you will see like little dots 
flashing on the bottom. Those Dots are special for many reasons. Each Dot
When Triggered on the internal Epprom will straighten out a line. This is 
a very complicated process and the old boxes will not do shit!
