  7.                Buy your next home from the Resolution Trust
  8.           Corporation (RTC).  Or buy two, and sell one at market
  9.           value.  The RTC has control of more than 20,000
  10.           foreclosed homes around the country and is selling them
  11.           at distressed prices.  Many sell for around 85% of
  12.           their appraised values.  You may have to deal with a
  13.           complex bureaucratic process, but you could end up with
  14.           an excellent housing buy in the end.

  16.           government to liquidate assets of failed savings and

  20.           assets.  It's called the Small Investors Program.  And
  21.           it's designed to provide the smaller investor better
  22.           access to RTC offerings.

  26.           financing, and opportunities for minority- and woman-
