  6.                All you need to start is a typewriter, business
  7.           letterhead & a telephone.  It is not uncommon for a
  8.           professional finder to earn over $100,000 a year.  One
  9.           finder earned $75,000 per month for 5 years.  He saw an
  10.           item in a newsletter offering 10,000 barrels of crude
  11.           oil per day for 5 years.  Putting that seller together
  12.           with a buyer at a small refinery,he earned a fee of
  13.           only 25¢ per barrel, and collected his fee of $75,000
