  5. To change your address in our files, please contact us at the number shown above. Be sure to include the name of the publication, your name and old address as they appear on your address label, and your complete new address.

  9. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery to the new address to begin. Notice -- the address DOES change immediately in our records.
