  6.   Review.."Out The Gap" is Sharon's second album, taking off from where the first one ended.  Ms.
  7.   Shannon is quite simply an extraordinary accordion player and it's easy to see why she is the only
  8.   female ex-Waterboy.
  9.      Her recent shows with Nanci Griffith have only added to her increasing popularity and her
  10.   talent is beyond question.  In addition to "Out The Gap" Sharon is also heavily featured on the latest
  11.   "A Woman's Heart" compilation of female Irish musicians.
  12.      "Out The Gap" is a very universal album in terms of influences taking in tunes from many
  13.   parts of Europe & America but with common themes holding the record together.
  14.      There's some quite strange titles for the imagination to conjure with and the musicianship
  15.   throughout is excellent, not just Sharon's but that of the musicians supporting her.
  16.      "Out The Gap" is an album that shows what traditional music should be about and that
  17.   maybe it's time it was reaching a wider audience.
