  1. The Traveling Software License Agreement
  2.  
  3. This license authorizes use of the LapLink Pro Software only by
  4. the licensee on one pair of computers at a time. This license
  5. does not permit installation of the Software in any situation
  6. where more than one person can use the Software simultaneously
  7. such as a multi-user system or network.
  8.  
  9. Since the LapLink Pro Software can be remotely installed via
  10. cable or modem, it is important that you realize that all copies
  11. of this Software, including those which may have been remotely
  12. installed, are authorized to be used only by the licensee.
  13. Therefore, to help ensure compliance with this agreement,
  14. remotely installed copies of this Software not under the control
  15. of the licensee must be deleted after use.
  16.  
  17. You may not make any changes or modifications to the Software,
  18. and may not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer
  19. the Software. You may not rent or lease the Software to others.
  20.  
  21. You may transfer the Software and the right to use the Software
  22. under this license agreement to another person, who by accepting
  23. the Software agrees to the terms of this license, if no copies of
  24. the Software are retained for use by the person making the
  25. transfer.

  27. The Software is not copy protected, but you are authorized to
  28. make one (1) copy of the LapLink Pro Software for archival
  29. purposes. No uses of the software not specifically described in
  30. this license are authorized. Your adherence to this agreement
  31. will allow us to develop other innovative and useful products and
  32. to provide a high level of customer service and support.

  34. To register this special ZiffNet distribution version of LapLink
  35. Pro and receive notification of future updates and telephone
  36. support, contact Traveling Software by mail or fax. Please supply

  62. disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set

  64. and Computer Software clause as DFARS 252.227-7013 or
  65. subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer
  66. Software--Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.
