The Traveling Software License Agreement

This license authorizes use of the LapLink Pro Software only by
the licensee on one pair of computers at a time. This license
does not permit installation of the Software in any situation
where more than one person can use the Software simultaneously
such as a multi-user system or network.

Since the LapLink Pro Software can be remotely installed via
cable or modem, it is important that you realize that all copies
of this Software, including those which may have been remotely
installed, are authorized to be used only by the licensee.
Therefore, to help ensure compliance with this agreement,
remotely installed copies of this Software not under the control
of the licensee must be deleted after use.

You may not make any changes or modifications to the Software,
and may not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer
the Software. You may not rent or lease the Software to others.

You may transfer the Software and the right to use the Software
under this license agreement to another person, who by accepting
the Software agrees to the terms of this license, if no copies of
the Software are retained for use by the person making the
transfer.

The Software is not copy protected, but you are authorized to
make one (1) copy of the LapLink Pro Software for archival
purposes. No uses of the software not specifically described in
this license are authorized. Your adherence to this agreement
will allow us to develop other innovative and useful products and
to provide a high level of customer service and support.

To register this special ZiffNet distribution version of LapLink
Pro and receive notification of future updates and telephone
support, contact Traveling Software by mail or fax. Please supply

disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set

and Computer Software clause as DFARS 252.227-7013 or
subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer
Software--Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.
