  14.        3        cup   Potato water                                      
  15.        1/2      tsp   Salt                                              
  16.        1        ea    Garlic - clove                                    
  17.        1        cup   Cream - sweet

  19.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  21.     Boil and mash potatoes and garlic (onion may be used instead of       
  22.     garlic); add potato water, salt and cream. Let come to a boil and     
  23.     serve at once with salt wafers. Serves 4.
