  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        3        cup   Rhubarb - cut fine                                
  14.        1 1/2    cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        2        Tbsp  Flour                                             
  16.        2        ea    Egg yolks                                         
  17.        1/8      tsp   Salt

  19.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  21.     Mix sugar and flour, add beaten yolks, rhubarb. Place mixture in      
  22.     unbaked crust and bake. Make merigue with 2 egg whites, beaten stiff, 
  23.     6 T. sugar. Pile on baked pie, brown in oven.
