INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
1/2 lb Raisins - seedless
1 cup Sugar
1 ea Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 pt Water
2 Tbsp Flour - heaping
1 pt Milk - sweet
Salt - a pinch
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Cook raisins in water for 10 minutes on slow heat. Mix sugar, flour,
salt, egg yolk, and one-fourth of milk together. Add remainder of milk
and raisins boiling. Boil a little until it thickens, add vanilla.
Pour in baked crust. Top with merigue and cocoanut and bananas
(optional).
