  13.        1/2      lb    Raisins - seedless                                
  14.        1        cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        1        ea    Egg                                               
  16.        1        tsp   Vanilla                                           
  17.        1/2      pt    Water                                             
  18.        2        Tbsp  Flour - heaping                                   
  19.        1        pt    Milk - sweet                                      
  20.                       Salt - a pinch

  22.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  24.     Cook raisins in water for 10 minutes on slow heat. Mix sugar, flour,  
  25.     salt, egg yolk, and one-fourth of milk together. Add remainder of milk
  26.     and raisins boiling. Boil a little until it thickens, add vanilla.    
  27.     Pour in baked crust. Top with merigue and cocoanut and bananas        
  28.     (optional).
