  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        1        cup   Sugar                                             
  14.        1        Tbsp  Flour - heaping                                   
  15.        1        cup   Water - boiling                                   
  16.                       Salt - a pinch                                    
  17.        1/2      ea    Lemon

  19.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  21.     Wash 1/2 lemon, trim off part of peeling, slice very thin, add to     
  22.     sugar and flour mixture, add salt and boiling water. Mix all          
  23.     thoroughly and bake as any fruit pie with two crusts.                 
  24.                                                                           
  25.     Note: Bake in hot oven 450 F. for 15 minutes and decrease to moderate 
  26.     oven, 350 F. and bake till done.
