  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        1        cup   Milk                                              
  14.        2        Tbsp  Butter - melted                                   
  15.        2        ea    Egg yolks                                         
  16.        1        ea    Lemon - juice - grated rind                       
  17.        1        cup   Sugar                                             
  18.        2        Tbsp  Flour - rounded                                   
  19.        2        ea    Egg whites - beaten stiff

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Mix sugar and flour, add butter, egg yolks and milk, stir smooth, add 
  24.     lemon and fold in stiffly beaten whites last. Bake in unbakes crust 15
  25.     minutes with oven at 450 F., then at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until   
  26.     done.
