  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        1        Tbsp  Gelatine                                          
  14.        1        Tbsp  Lemon juice                                       
  15.        4        ea    Eggs                                              
  16.        1/4      cup   Water                                             
  17.        3/4      cup   Sugar                                             
  18.        1/2      tsp   Salt                                              
  19.        1        pt    Strawberries

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Soak gelatine  in lemon juice. Beat egg yolks slightly, add 1/2 c.    
  24.     sugar, water, salt and cook in double boiler until custard            
  25.     consistency. Add dissolved gelatine and berries. Cool. Beat egg whites
  26.     until stiff, add remaining sugar, beating constantly. Combine with    
  27.     custard and fill baked pie shell. Add more juice if desired. Cover    
  28.     with whipped cream.
