INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
3 ea Egg whites
1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Water
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Beat whites, cream of tartar and salt until stiff but not dry. Add
sugar, vinegar and water, beat. Put in Pyrex pie plate, bake one hour
very slowly. Fill with fresh fruit, topp with whipped cream or fille
with ice cream.
