  14.        18       ea    Graham crackers                                   
  15.        1/2      cup   Sugar - powdered                                  
  16.        1/4      cup   Butter                                            
  17.        1        ea    Egg - separated                                   
  18.        1/2      cup   Pineapple - crushed                               
  19.        1/4      cup   Walnuts - chopped

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Prepare gelatine and set aside to cool. Place layer of graham         
  24.     crackers, having them fit snugly into loaf pan. Spread over layer of  
  25.     filling made by mixing powdered sugarm butter and egg yolk, beaten,   
  26.     crushed pineapple and walnut meats, then stiffly beaten egg white.    
  27.     Place in refrigerator to chill. A spoonful of whipped cream at serving
  28.     time is an improvement.

  31.         due to salmonella.
