  13.        1        Tbsp  Gelatine - granulated                             
  14.        1/4      cup   Water - cold                                      
  15.        1        cup   Maple syrup                                       
  16.        1        pt    Whipping cream

  18.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  20.     Soak gelatine in cold water, dissolve in hot maple syrup. Cool until  
  21.     it begins to thicken, add whipped cream. Pour into molds, chill.
