  14.        2/3      cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        1/2      cup   Milk                                              
  16.        1/2      cup   Pineapple juice                                   
  17.        1        Tbsp  Gelatine                                          
  18.        1/4      cup   Water                                             
  19.        1        ea    Banana - mashed                                   
  20.        1 1/2    cup   Fruit cocktail                                    
  21.        1/2      cup   Heavy cream

  23.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  25.     Beat egg lightly, add sugar, milk and pineapple juice. Cook in double 
  26.     boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Cook and add gelatine        
  27.     dissolved in water. Add vanilla and fold in fruit and whipped cream.  
  28.     Mold and chill.
