  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        1        pkg   Raspberry gelatine                                
  14.        1        cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        2        cup   Water                                             
  16.                       Juice of 1 lemon                                  
  17.                       Juice of 1/2 orange                               
  18.        1        qt    Red raspberries                                   
  19.                       OR                                                
  20.        1        can   Red raspberries

  22.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  24.     Cook sugar and water together for 5 minutes. Cool and add raspberry   
  25.     gelatine. Dissolve thoroughly. Cool until it begins to thicken. Wash  
  26.     berries, run through sieve, add orange and lemon juice. Add to        
  27.     gelatine. Pour into freezing try and freeze 1 1/2 hours. Remove to    
  28.     chilled bowl and beat 2 minutes. Return to try and freeze firm.       
  29.     Variations: Use cherry or strawberry galatine and fresh fruit run     
  30.     through sieve.
