  14.        1        cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        1        ea    Egg                                               
  16.        1        tsp   Almond extract                                    
  17.        2 1/2    cup   Flour                                             
  18.        1/4      tsp   Salt

  20.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  22.     Cream butter, sugar, add egg unbeaten, flour and mix. Force through   
  23.     cooky press. Bake in hot oven, 10 to 15 minutes.

  25.     Note: Hot oven is 400 - 450 F.
