  16.        7        cup   Flour - sifted                                    
  17.        1        Tbsp  Baking soda                                       
  18.        1        tsp   Cream tartar                                      
  19.                       Salt - a pinch                                    
  20.                       Nuts - cocoanut or raisins

  22.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  24.     Knead into roll. Set in icebox over night. Slice and bake.
