  15.        1/2      cup   Cream - thick                                     
  16.        4        ea    Egg whites - stiffly beaten                       
  17.        1/2      cup   Butter - melted - strained                        
  18.        1        tsp   Cardamom                                          
  19.                       Citron or orange peel - crushed                   
  20.        1        Tbsp  Lemon juice                                       
  21.                       Flour - to roll

  23.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  25.     Roll and cut. Bake in deep fat.

  27.     Note: Calls for 1 to 2 t. cardamom and a little crushed citron or
