  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        1        cup   Flour                                             
  14.        1/2      cup   Brown sugar - packed                              
  15.        1/2      cup   Butter                                            
  16.        1        cup   Nut meats                                         
  17.        3/4      cup   Cocoanut                                          
  18.        1        cup   Brown sugar                                       
  19.        2        Tbsp  Flour                                             
  20.        1        tsp   Baking powder                                     
  21.        2        ea    Eggs - beaten

  23.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  25.     Mix first three ingredients. Put in ungreased shallow pan, bake about 
  26.     5 minutes or until light golden color in moderate oven. Take out of   
  27.     oven, spread with any kind of jam or preserves. Mix last 6            
  28.     ingredients, spreas on top of first cake, continue baking about 1/2   
  29.     hour in moderate oven. Cut in fingers.                                
  30.                                                                           
  31.     Note: Moderate oven is 350 - 400 F.
