  17.        3        Tbsp  Water                                             
  18.        1/2      tsp   Baking soda

  20.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  22.     Cook until it forms hard ball in water. Add soda and pour over about 2
  23.     gallons of popcorn.
