  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        2        ea    Yeast cakes                                       
  14.        1/4      cup   Water - lukewarm                                  
  15.        1 1/4    cup   Milk                                              
  16.        3        Tbsp  Sugar                                             
  17.        3/4      tsp   Salt                                              
  18.        1/4      cup   Butter                                            
  19.        5        cup   Flour - sifted

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Dissolve yeast in warm water, put milk, sugar, salt and 1/2 the butter
  24.     in pan and heat till lukewarm. Add yeast and flour. Cover, set in warm
  25.     place for 15 minutes. Turn on a floured board, pat to 1/2 inch        
  26.     thickness, cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter, brush with remaining butter
  27.     and fold dough over. Let rise 15 minutes on greasedsheet or pan. Bake 
  28.     in hot oven 10 minutes. Two dozen rolls.
