  1.  Where signals are equipped with AWS, an adverse signal will trigger the AWS,
  2.  and a warning sound will be heard. This should be cancelled using the space
  3.  bar, or a full emergency application will commence, which will stop the
  4.  train before the AWS can be cancelled.

  6.  At a clear signal that is AWS equipped, an all clear sound will be heard
  7.  and the AWS equipment will register the clear signal.

  9.  At non-equipped AWS signals no such safety features apply so the driver
  10.  must concentrate even harder on observing signals correctly and keeping
  11.  the speed of the train under control.
