What's up for AIR?
1. Well, of course to make some more screens available.
2. AIR is pretty well running smooth now, the file size is getting
larger with the addition of frames.
My main concentration now will be on packing the frames in an external
file, hopefully with a management program that will allow addition and
deletion of frames, and "text mode" editing.
To do that there are a lot of factors to contend with, it won't happen
overnight :-)
I will be adding a few more frames, but after that, the additions will
stop till I get the external file done.
3. Eventually I will be doing my own RIP viewer, which will allow you to
view your new AIR/RIP screen, and decide if you need to change it,
before you exit.
4. I am diverting from the version numbering system stated in 1.0 DOC,
starting with 2.0, future versions, either FREE or Registered, will
go up in normal increments. 2.01, 2.02 etc. If I don't do that, we will
be up to version 4.0 in just a month or so <grin>
I also plan on developing a RIP version of my Ansi Animation Slideshow,
which presents all, or selected files in a slideshow format. Also has a
built in File Manager.
The new version would be the same, but dedicated to RIP screens.
I have not done much in Graphics programming, so there needs to be some
study time and experimenting, before this comes to be a reality.
But the idea is on the books!
