  14. PRIVATE USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  16. Shareware Tracker is a "shareware" program and is provided to the user for 
  17. evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but the Shareware 
  18. Tracker package must be distributed in unmodified, complete form. Also, 
  19. Shareware Tracker may not be distributed in conjunction with any other 
  20. product without the expressed, written consent of RMH Computer Services.

  22. If you find this program useful and find that you are using Shareware 
  23. Tracker beyond the 30-day evaluation period, you must make a registration 
  24. payment RMH Computer Services. For registration information, please refer 
  25. to the REGISTER.TXT file included with this package.  For information about 
  26. dealer pricing, site licensing, shipping of product, custom versions, 
  27. returns, latest version number or technical support call 317-782-9903 or 
  28. write to RMH Computer Services directly.

  30. The registration fee will grant a lifetime usage license for one copy of 
  31. Shareware Tracker for use on any one computer at any one time.  You must 
  32. treat this software just like a book. For example, this software may be 
  33. used by any number of people and may be freely moved from one computer 
  34. location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used at 
  35. more than one location, or by more than one person, at any one time. Just 
  36. as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the same time.

  38. Non-registered users of Shareware Tracker are licensed only to use the 
  39. program on an evaluation basis for the sole purpose of determining whether 
  40. or not it meets their requirements. This evaluation period shall be 30 
  41. days. All other use requires registration.

  43. Commercial users of Shareware Tracker must register and pay for their 
  44. copies of Shareware Tracker within 30 days of first use or their license is 
  45. withdrawn.  Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting RMH 
  46. Computer Services.

  48. You are encouraged to pass a copies of the complete Shareware Tracker 
  49. package along to your friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to 
  50. register their copy if they find that they can use it.

  52. U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. 
  53. Government of the computer software and documentation in this package shall 
  54. be subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial computer 
  55. software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical 
  56. Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The
