  12. 301    Keyboard  did not respond to software reset correctly or  a 
  13.        stuck  key  failure  was  detected.  If a  stuck  key  was 
  14.        detected, the scan code for the key is displayed.

  16. 401    Monochrome memory test, horizontal sync frequency test, or
