  1. QL41 extends the benefits of Steven Greenberg's vertically sorted file 
  2. directory to the LBR directory and extends it to permit such things as 
  3. extracting some or all members from a library.  A few other changes were 
  4. made for cosmetic and/or performance reasons.  Naturally QL41 could not 
  5. exist without QL40, and I am indebted to Steven for getting us past that 
  6. hill.  Were it not for his heroic assumption of responsibility when I 
  7. abdicated, we'd still be bickering about whether we need a Z3 version.
