  7. A file which has been locked for annotations by one user can be unlocked by 
  8. another user by choosing Doc Info, choosing OK, then choosing Doc Info again.

  10. SOLUTION:

  12. Modified Ami Pro files are available which will correct this problem.  Contact 
  13. Lotus Word Processing Division Customer Service at 404-256-2272 and request 
  14. the modified Ami Pro files that prevent unlocking for annotations by another 
  15. user.
