  7. Ami Pro frame shadows do not print on an HP LaserJet Series II or an HP 
  8. LaserJet III.

  10. SOLUTION:

  12. In order to print frame shadows to HP LaserJet printers, set the graphics 
  13. resolution in the printer driver to 300 dots per inch.

  17.  1. In Ami Pro choose File / Print.
  18.  2. Choose Setup.
  19.  3. Choose the 300 dots per inch option under Graphics Resolution.
