  1. Due to the deluge of programs I have to review, I have instituted a new way
  2. of passing on good files to you:

  4.                             INFORMATION PACKETS
  5.  
  6. These will tell  you a little about the  program and where to get  it. They
  7. will  be  short,  less  than  20  lines,  and  contain no rating. These are
  8. programs that are good, but for one reason of another I just cannot squeeze
  9. into my review schedule.

  11. If you  receive my monthly packet  these blurbs are designated  by the .INF
  12. file extension.
