  6.              I  know  I have given you a great deal of  material  to 
  7.         read through.  But, even with all I presented, I still  feel 
  8.         I must have left out something.

  10.              F.D. Roosevelt said "We do the best we know how at  the 
  11.         moment, and if it doesn't work out, we modify it!

  13.              I feel I have done the best I know how to offer you the 
  14.         "tools" necessary to plot out a great future.

  16.         I am going to leave you with one final thought.  Perhaps you 
  17.         have  heard this story in one form or another, but  even  if 
  18.         you have, it is worth repeating.

  22.              A fellow was driving down the road and his car suddenly 
  23.         started to sputter.  He was lucky.  Right across the  street 
  24.         there was a sign "mechanic on duty".

  26.              He  made it into the shop and immediately the car  just 
  27.         quit.

  29.              The  mechanic lifted the hood, turned a screw  and  the 
  30.         car started.
  31.         
  32.              The mechanic presented a bill for $25.00.
  33.         
  34.              The  customer  said "I am not going to pay  you  $25.00 
  35.         just to turn one screw".
  36.         
  37.              The mechanic said "OK. I will rewrite the bill".
  38.         
  39.              The  mechanic  went into his office  and  prepared  the 
  40.         following:

  42.                        Turning one screw -----------------$ 1.00
  43.                        Knowing Which Screw to Turn        $24.00
