  9. office is still pretty slow on the uptake. When CAROL MOSELEY
  10. BRAUN, the newly elected Senator from Illinois, stopped by to
  11. get her photo I.D., her picture was snapped and for some reason
  12. she was handed a card emblazoned SPOUSE. The amused Senator
  13. handed it back, murmuring "Try again."
