  4. A hot spot in the sea could mean global warming is finally here

  7.     The red blotch above Australia and New Guinea in this
  8. satellite image, released last week, represents the ocean's
  9. hottest water, at 30 degrees C (86 degrees F). That's unusually
  10. steamy, and it may be partly a result of the global warming that
  11. scientists think is on its way. The good news: NASA reports that
  12. the ozone hole feared over northern latitudes this spring never
  13. showed up, but only because the winter was warmer than usual.
  14. A cooler season next year, which is quite possible, and goodbye
  15. ozone.
